Option 1: Our Managed Customers can create a support ticket and request remote support by clicking on this Icon in your system tray or call the office at (270) 830-9590 and schedule a time:
Then, choose “Create Service Ticket from this screen:
From there, complete the form and email your request. You will be contacted to arrange a time for remote support. Service ticket requests are checked throughout the work day from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Option 2: For our customers who are not subscribers to our monthly managed services, if you need remote support, please click here to start your support session.
You will be given a support code by your support technician. This will us to remotely control your computers and interact with you online.
